All TheraWand purchases are covered by the general rules of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Freshstart Physiotherapy takes no responsibility for the misuse of the TheraWand, and using it against specialised advice. Freshstart Physiotherapy highly recommends speaking with your physiotherapist before the purchase and subsequent use of the TheraWand.
Freshstart Physiotherapy must receive full payment before your order will be dispatched. Once payment has been received by us, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provide when ordering.
Refunds on TheraWands will not be given unless proven faulty, and even then, a replacement will be offered. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days. Freshstart Physiotherapy will not pay for any postage costs if you are required to return your product to us.
Freshstart Physiotherapy collects customer information so that we can process your order as efficiently as possible. All of your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.
